Q2.  How do you ensure that your products are reliable? 
From the inspection of raw materials, and the inspection during the production process; to 100% pressure test, appearance inspection, finished product size measurement, we will do inspection reports, take inspection and boxing video and photos. Also we support online inspection. The information will be sent to you before delivery. If you have a certificate request, we can cooperate with you to apply for the certificate according to your requirements and accept third party inspection.

Q3.  Do you have your own R&D team? 
Of course we have. We can draw sketches according to the customer's requirements and make reasonable suggestions. And we manufacture hundreds of customized products for our customers every year.

Q4.  Do you provide samples? 
Yes, we are very happy to provide you with samples, especially your customized products.

Q5.  Do you have product catalogue? 
Yes. Our product catalogue only contains a selection of products. As our products are updated fast, not all of them are on there. If possible, please also send me the products you need.

Q6.  How long is your lead time?
Generally 35-40 days.

Q7.  Do you need to add extra charges for packaging? 
Usually our regular package is inner box and standard export neutral carton. No additional cost to you. But customized color boxes or other special packaging requirements need additional fees.

Q8.  What is the shipping channel you choose? 
By sea, rail, or air, it would be arranged according to your requirements.
