Working Principle

· System pressure acts on the disc from the inlet side.
· The pre-compressed spring keeps the disc tightly sealed under normal operation.
· When pressure reaches the set point, upward force overcomes spring force and the disc pops open instantly.
· High-velocity discharge stabilizes the valve in a full-open position for rapid pressure release.
· As pressure drops below the reseat point, the spring pushes the disc back to the seat for a tight, leak-free seal.
